Sweet Corn Layer Cake

Made Sweet Corn Layer Cake today. The cake supposedly it 3-layer cake, sigh too bad my kangfu no good. But never mind lah still manages to make a 2-layer sweet corn layer cake aiyah mai hiam lah.

wow... u really r a baking person. u make so much stuff! really 'keng'!
well... i wanted to ask if it's absolutely necessary to bake cheesecakes in water bath? cause i'm so afraid that the water will enter through the springform base. (if it's necessary, can u pls tell me how to do it to avoid water entering?)

Hi,

Thanks, you should see how much thing I’ve thrown away. LOL! Yah, cheesecakes baked in water bath are moist and creamy. You can baked them directly too but they normally a bit brown and dry possibility of cracking is also higher.

Use aluminum foil to wrap around the springform pan/tin. I’m more Kiasu I wrap 2 layer of aluminum foil heehee.
