yeap, choc chip cookies are simple addictive! mine don't even last 3 days in the house!
Nice cookies! I used a recipe based on Jerseymom's recipe last week and those were crunchy. Will try this the next time. Are these crunchy or chewy type?
Btw, do you know what happened to Kitchen Capers? Can't log in for the past few days.
Mycoffee, I just logged in last night. No problem!
Rach,
Mine don't even last for 2 days!! LOL.
Thanks Mycoffee,
Then first batch I bake is more to chewy. Then second batch are crunchier as I bake slightly longer.
Hmm... I got no problem logging in too.
Connie,
Thanks for sharing a wonderful Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe. Yes, we love it very much. ^^
i'm trying this recipe tmr ...
hey, i've been seeing this Jersey's Mom everywhere on the blog, can give me the website? thanks!
Hi! I tried your recipe last month but added extra choc chips. Mum who isn't a cookie fan loved it and wanted me to bake some for the next Hari Raya. I brought some to work and my colleagues loved them so much that they asked me for the recipe. I introduced them to your blog and one of my colleagues tried one of the Chinese dishes which she find quite easy to cook. This recipe is the best cos I had tried choc chip cookies before but it always turned out unsatisfactory. I tried your chwee kueh recipe too but instead of corn flour I used tapioca flour and it worked as well. Thanks for sharing with us all!
