Thanks for the tips, am I suppose to use the round wanton skin? Not the square one?
the round wanton skin is too thick, according to mdm Ng Bee Hun, get the square one, then cut off the four sharp edges use spoon to press the top, then garnish with minced carrot (add egg yolk coloring to your carrot) look exactly like siew mai
