

Nyonya Kaya
Makes approximately 500g
Ingredient:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup eggs
1 ½ cup sugar (can be reduce)
Pandan Leaves
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Cook mixture in a slow cooker and whisk gradually till it thickens up.
3. Discard the pandan leaves and store in a sterile bottle.
Note:
If you find the cooked kaya are too grainy, whisk it with eggbeater or hand whisk until smooth and creamy.

Hahaha... you couldn't sleep then you cook or the other way round?

LOL not really can’t sleep some suggest leave it in the slow cooker and cook till next morning. Then mom keeps nagging say waste electricity so “Bo Bian” stays up and cook until it done lor.
