Egg Tart

Made these Egg Tarts from the remaining pastry from making the chicken pie. Guess I had “pull” the pastry to backward until the side had stuck on the mould.

hmm.. was wondering y ur dough is different....chicken pie dough for egg tart..never try b4..how was it ?

You mean the looks? Could it be the chicken pie had egg brush on top? And the dough for the egg tarts it could be I keep kneading it and it become less crispy and slightly harden too. I love the crust very buttery.

Actually I anyhow “hamtor” (do)? I don’t want to throw away the dough and the leftover egg for brushing and an egg white for the dough earlier. So I dump everything together and here are the egg tarts. LOL
